I currently collect and process the following information:

• And any other relevant information necessary for me to carry out my services

How I get the personal information and why I have it

Most of the personal information I process is provided to me directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• To allow me to contact you

• To help me understand your needs and meet them accordingly

• To adjust my services to suit your circumstances

I may share this information with the police, medical professionals or other relevant authorities only when the circumstances require such (e.g. for emergency medical care or humanitarian emergencies).

I keep your personal information from the signing of the contract until the fulfilment of my services. I will then dispose of your information by deleting it from my online database and securely destroying any physical copies where applicable.
